At OnePrint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (depending on your local regulations or company preference).
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-printed items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received in error.
- If you need an exchange, please contact us with the order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items (if marked as “Final Sale”)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
