1. How to re-upload image files after making the order? 

    a. Email or call us if you wish to replace the current image file before order status changes to "processing".

    b. In the account page, go to "view your order history" page, click the order you wish to re-upload the image. 

    c. Click "choose file" to replace the existing image file.

    note: zip file is also acceptable. 

3. How to check an order invoice?

    a. Log in to your account and view your order history.

    b. Click to view your order information.

    c. Click the invoice button on top to check the order invoice.
